Final Exams!

So, next week are my final exams :( I'm really nervous because I'm not so great on my subjects this semester, so I need better grades to pass them. It's all because I'm working and studying. It is really tough! I'm really thankful to my parents, because they had to work in order to study. I'm only working in order to graduate from college.

Anyway, I will be gone for 2 weeks in order to obtain good grades. Wish me luck, I'll need it.

So, Christmas is really around the corner, and I'm thinking in buying myself a smartphone. I really need one for college and for my everyday life. But I'm really scary to spend lot of money and then get stolen :/ Really, sometimes I could live somewhere else -sigh-. I really can't decide between an Iphone or a Samsung Galaxy. I love the cases you can put on an Iphone... but I'm afraid the battery or memory might damage and that's the end of the cellphone. In other hand, we have the Samsung Galaxy which has amazing features, but I can't find any decent case for it :/. You know, I want a pretty case for my selfies :c lol Plus, most asian girls I follow on instagram have iPhones and their quality camera is amazing! Despite having less resolution than the Galaxy...

So those are my thoughts on buying a new cellphone. Currently I'm only using the cellphone that the work gave me (nokia). So it's really convenient because you can text or call anywhere without the fear of getting robbed.

I'm sharing some selcas I've taken with my dad's Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. It has a pretty decent camera, I must say. Plus, having so many apps available and free is a definitely win.

My first purchase from ebay

Hello~ I'm back after two months? I've been pretty bussy with school as always.And also with K-pop concerts lol I’m gonna upload my fan accounts of Super Show and U-kiss concert in these days. I always upload them very late OTL I guess I’m always in classes during K-pop concerts so I don’t have time to write them. And also I feel kind of depressed/melancholic after them. Can’t help it.

Well, this post is related to my first purchase from ebay (like the title says lol). I received my package like two weeks ago so it’s time to review it! But first, let me tell you I’ve always wanted to buy online. However, since it’s not very common in Peru, I couldn’t do it until now. Actually, there is a kind of fear of it. Fear of most use of the web to do transactions online, actually. But, since I have lots of friends buying from ebay I decided to give it a try.

First, I needed my ID to get a credit card. I took me like 3 months to get it because of all the paper work required and because the processing office was so far from my home. Well, once I got it, I went to the bank to get my credit card (is more like a savings card). It was very quick; I got it in like half an hour? LOL I put some money in it and I was ready to buy. YAY!

I got home so enthusiastic; I forgot I had classes later. I was like OK, Andrea, calm down and let’s do this. I entered to ebay, picked the item I wanted to buy (HOT PINK BB Cream) and follow all the procedures. Once I finished I was like, OMG I just did it. Now let’s cross fingers so it can arrive safely.

And… after three weeks my package was delivered safely~ I was lucky I was in home when the delivery guy came. I was so happy I screamed at home and partied hard with my dog lol. Then, I proceeded to check out my purchase. The package was pretty simple (a carton box), but had Korean letters all over it. I got a pair of scissors and opened it. Inside was my BB Cream, three samples, the buyer’s thanks letter and a card from the buyer’s store. My BB Cream came in perfect state, none scratch on it. I was a bit disappointed, tho. I was expecting my package to arrive within two weeks after the purchase so I could use it for the U-kiss concert. But, it arrived one week later OTL. It’s ok, since the delivery time is not always the same and the time was in the range of time expected.

I also need to say I didn’t choose my order in a moment. I did my whole research before even getting my ID. I needed to be sure that my order wouldn’t end up being a scam so I looked up for a top rated seller with the lowest price in the web (I need to think in my economy two, you know? Lol)

Well, that was my whole experience. I hope this can help you to lose your fair in online shops. But don’t get me wrong. There are lots of fake sellers and scam out there, so you need to be sure the site you are buying from is trustful. Don’t trust in words but actions :) I personally think ebay is a great web if you choose carefully.

Valentine's day my ass

My only love will always be myself lol.

The only reason why I would like to have a boyfriend is to have him buying me things lol I'm a very independent woman and I think I don't need (at least not now) a man next to me. I'm not like every girl. I don't wanna marry nor wanna have kids. I'm just a free spirit that will live just by herself.

You may say, "Ok, you are still young to think about that". I mean, my grandma and my mother both tell me that. But, you know what? I'm pretty stubborn... So, we will see how things will work out in a future for me. Maybe I will find someone (a soul mate if you wanna call it that way) that might change my point of view, or maybe I won't. Since I'm always avoiding commitments I think that person should be stubborn as well lol.

Anyway, these are just so random thoughts. By the way, if you are curious. All the papers say "Andrea". The yellow one is in Chinese and the white one is in Japanese. I didn't put the Korean one cause that one is easy/I already use that too much.

Shopping day!

Yesterday, my mother, my sister and I went shopping from 10am to 10pm. Pretty long day!

We first went to Jesus Maria (the place I bought my nail polishes last time) to get some cosmetic product such as a Nivea make-up remover (at Juanita store), a nail fortifier polish, a Pond's cream and a Korean facial mask (yup, I bought this in Peru. I was also surprised when I found about this and it's just $2). I bought the last two products at my favorite store so far: Andrea. It's a very cheap store with so much variety and it has my name on it! LOL

Then we went to C.C. Caminos del Inca to buy some clothing. But the only thing I bought was my high waisted black shorts. I bought them at Ultra Lola store for $50. Then, we made a stop to have some snacks. Actually, my sister made me buy her a cheesecake since she was hungry. But, we ended up eating it together lol. We ate at Pikeos Cafe, such an AMAZING cheesecake. The amazing thing about it is the fact that it has oreo inside! Delicious. Too bad I'm on a diet, so I'm not planning to go back till I get the figure I want.

Anyway. Later we moved to a vintage store, Lovely Vintage, in Jesus Maria again. I bought there my moustache pink t-shirt for 15$. The reason why we kept moving from a way to another is that my mother had some meetings so our shopping route was defined by her work lol. 

Finally, we came back to the Accu shopping center in Jesus Maria to buy a bustier (the blue one in the picture above) for $15. It looks so nice with my black shorts. And my sister got her Homer slippers for $9. She also bought another gray t-shirt and a heat protection spray.

We were in our way home when we entered to a last shop and I found this pretty dress that really flattered me in terms of body shape lol. I bought it for less than $30 at Bhoga store.

And that was my day. I got home; I took a shower and went straight to bed. Such a tiring yet fun day. I love my mom when she decides to spend every cent in her daughters. So careless~! LOL

New outfit update

Hi.

Well, like I said before, I made some time in my agenda to take some pictures of my daily outfits. This is the one I used today. It's very simple and casual. I liked to play with the colors a little. 

I used an offbrand shorts, my Marquis black pumps, an offbrand top and a headband I made myself out of my mother's old scarf. I also used my love ring.

And that's pretty much it for this entry. I tried to make a quick update. I'll post tomorrow a review of some cosmethic so wait for it :)

This tiring yet beautiful life...

Creo que podría llenar mi blog con fotos de mi anillo simplemente jaja. Es que lo amo, es muy bonito y me costó 3 soles (un dólar americano). Lo malo es que, como la gran mayoría de anillos, me queda muy grande :c Mis dedos son muy huesudos, siempre lo han sido, por ello se me hace difícil comprar anillos... pero no pude resistirme a llevarme este anillo hace unos días.

Well, en 2 días sale a la venta las entradas para el concierto de U-Kiss en Lima y ya tengo el dinero para mi entrada! Como todo concierto, me la estoy pagando yo, pues mis padres no me apoyan en eso :c Bueno, ellos ya hacen bastante por mí, so~ Voy a la Kiss Vip! Y si todo sale bien, tendré unas fancams preciosas del rostro de Kevin, ok no xD

Y bueno, con la entrada de U-Kiss, se acaban mis ahorros. Tengo que volver a ahorrar para comprar nuevo maquillaje (me compré una base de Max Factor pero no me dura las 24hrs :/) y una blusa a la cual ya le eché el ojo.

Long time no see.

Bueno, hace una semana regresé a clases (mis vacaciones de mes y medio terminaron OTL) y he dejado esto muy descuidado, así que pasé a actualizar. En estas vacaciones, muchas cosas pasaron: me laceé el cabello (con un tratamiento de keratina muy costoso, pero sin formol), me compré (cofcofcompraroncofcof) una nueva cámara (Canon SX150 IS en color negro) y un nuevo par de gafas (rompí los otros ;;)

Y bueno, también saqué mi DNI azul (soy ciudadana, porfin), posteé un look en lookbook, no he crecido ni un solo centímetro en lo que va del año, pero bueno, esas cosas no interesan mucho. Abajo les adjunto mis fotos del antes y después c: Debería también subir fotos de como está ahora (ya ha pasado como 1 mes) ya no está tan lacio, pero sigue "lacio". 

En cuanto al blog, pienso cambiarle la skin pronto (o sea de acá a diciembre o cuando me haga un tiempo). Quiero una blanca y sencilla, siempre quize una así, pero nunca encontraba una que me convenciese. En fin, debería estar estudiando (mis cursos son muy difíciles este ciclo) pero heme aquí posteando webada y media. Bueno. Ya para irme, les dejo mi look de LB para que le den hype (o me gusta en lenguaje normal). Bye.

[Vlog] Shining for 1460 days

So a couple of weeks ago was SHINee's 4th anniversary, like i said in preview posts. But there was also a little party conmemorating this date. SHINee Peru organized it and it was awesome!

First of all, the place was not just a cinema like the old parties, but an amazing teather. We were around 700 shawols that day, so we needed a big place. I arrived kind of (pretty much) late and there was still a looong row there. I mean, i wouldnt be bothered if the weather was ok, but it was FREAKING hot. Anyway, after half an hour i could finally enter to the place. It was really nice inside aswell. The staff gave me a raffle ticket and a gift bag (which included a balloon and a calendar). 

Then i started looking for Olga (my friend that arrived earlier lol), since i couldnt find her i turned on my lightstick so i could find here. There she was. We were a group of four people. Olga, her cousin Ale, her new friend and me. After a couple of minutes later, the projection started. Lots of video were played such as the very known Lucifer, Ring Ding Dong, Replay, etc. So much feeling with them ;;

A thing that i didnt like that much was the fact that the werent so much shawols with lightsticks. I could count twenty max. Another thing i didnt like was that the fanchants werent that loud like last time. Well, maybe it was because i was so deaf that i couldnt listen to them. I couldnt even listen to my own screams lol.

There was also a cover dance group. They performed Sherlock. They were fine. Also,the fanclub bought lots of cds, dvds, posters, photobooks for the raffle. But i didnt win ANYTHING OTL. I was really expecting to win something... but oh well, Im just not that lucky. In the end, we sang Happy Birthday to you to SHINee in Korean, English and Spanish. And we all got a cupcake and soda.

It was really a great evening. It was quite long, which i like it. Oh, also they gave us a break, since the event started at 12m and finished at 7pm. So the fanclub thought in their members and fed us :) lol Well i leave you the little vlog we recorded. We were so absorbed with the whole projection that forgot to record more footage, sorry.

Hace un par de semanas fue el aniversario de SHINee, pero solo hace unos días fue la proyección en conmemoración a esta fecha, organizada por SHINee Perú. ¡Y estuvo genial!

Primeramente, el lugar no era el simple cine de siempre; sino que esta vez se contó con un teatro que fue suficiente para dar cabida a 700 shawols. Cuando yo llegué (algo tarde) la cola aún era largísima, eso demuestra la cantidad de shawols de ese día. Lo malo es que el clima no ayudó mucho, pues hacía un horrible calor. Cuando ya pude ingresar al recinto, recibí el recuerdo de la proyección (un calendario y un globo) y un ticket para el sorteo a realizar.

Ya dentro, me dirigí a buscar a mi amiga Olga. Como no la encontraba, decidí hacer uso de mi lightstick, es muy útil cuando quieres buscar a alguien o algo. Cuando ya me pude reunir con ella, éramos un grupo de 4 chicas: ella, su prima, una amiga y yo. Luego de unos minutos, todo se apagó y empezó la proyección. Se pasaron videos de bailes, presentaciones, conciertos, especiales, etc. Entre ellos estaban Ring Ding Dong, Ready or not, Juliette, Sherlock, Lucifer, etc.

Algo que no me gustó mucho fue que no hubieron muchas lightsticks. Yo soy de las que creen en los mares de colores en todo evento kpop, pero ese día no hubo mar de color turquesa (jade). Tampoco pude escuchar mucho las fanchants, pero creo que era por el hecho de que estaba sorda (ni mis propios gritos podía escuchar).

Bueno, el grupo oficial de baile del fanclub de SHINee presentó Sherlock. Estuvieron bien. El fanclub también compró un MONTÓN de originales (cds, photobooks, dvds, posters, lightsticks, etc) y los sorteó todos. Y yo con toda mi mala suerte, no gané ni un vale de descuento. En fin.

Fue una gran tarde, y duró un montón aunque ni la sentí con toda la emoción vivida. Y como duró desde las 12m hasta las 7pm aproximadamente, el fanclub de SHINee pensó que necesitábamos almorzar, así que a todas nos dieron un mini almuerzo (un triple jaja)

Con lo poco grabado, hice un pequeño vlog, lo adjunto abajo junto al cover de Sherlock. Tengan un buen día :)

It's been a while

Now I'm a seventeen year old girl. Cumplí 17 hace un par de semanas. Y como todo cumpleaños desde que ingresé a la universidad, me la he pasado en prácticas. Siempre tengo la mala suerte de que el día de mi cumpleaños caiga en primera semana de prácticas, y que justo en esa semana me enferme. Típico de mí. Pero bueno, la he pasado tranquilo. Aunque no he "partido la torta", ni he soplado las velas. No he hecho eso desde que tengo 15 y la verdad es que quisiese. Creo que conforme una va creciendo, se va olvidando de lo importante que es cumplir un año más de vida. Y yo no quiero que pase eso conmigo. La verdad es que yo aún no asimilo mi edad. Estos dos últimos años han sido como una continuación de mis quince, para ser sincera. Me gustaría volver a aquellos tiempos en los que mis padres me compraban una torta y me cantaban "Happy Birthday to you"; aquellas épocas en las que mi madre me acosaba con la cámara cuando pedía un deseo y partía la torta. Creo que ese pequeño gesto hace que pueda pasar de un año a otro... y creo que es por eso que no puedo asimilar aún mi nueva edad... A parte, que me gustaría ser joven por siempre... no quiero crecer más y desearía permanecer de 17 por siempre. Pero eso no será así. Life must go on, right? That's how things roll on.

Looking for my summer inspiration

Estos últimos día he andado más atareada que nunca, ya que ha sido mi semana de parciales. Nótese que estoy llevando dos cursos pesados en ciclo verano, es decir, hago lo de 4 meses en mes y medio de clases, y a la tercera semana ya culminé mis parciales. Pero, ¿saben algo? lo he sentido como si ya llevase el curso por dos meses, porque todo lo que me enseñan es un montón y muy rápido. Pero bueno, todo es por terminar mi carrera en cinco años.

Pasando a otros temas, como deben de haber notado, he vuelto a cambiar la skin del blog. Ahora es una inspirada en wordpress, o algo así decía cuando la bajé. La verdad, me ha gustado mucho, aunque aún hay cosas que debo de corregir pero eso lo haré en el transcurso del fin de semana, ya que tengo un poco más de tiempo libre. Como verán ya no hay tagboard, la razón es que se llenaba de spam. Así que cualquier cosa me lo postean como un comentarios y para las afiliaciones, postean de la sección de Affiliates. Asimismo agregué un traductor, para los extranjeros que también leen mi blog (estoy pensando seriamente en empezar a escribir todo en inglés).

Y en cuanto al título de la entrada en sí, en Perú el verano llegó y el calor se hace sentir con fuerza y más en Febrero. Y con el calor llega la renovación de mi armario, ya que una se debe actualizar cada temporada. El problema es que mi sentido de la moda, al momento de vestirme, incluye usar muchas prendas, lo que en verano es muy incómodo. Por ello, recurrí a lookbook.nu, que es una web en la que básicamente la gente publica sus outfits diarios. Me parece una muy buena fuente de inspiración, ya que puedes encontrar todo tipo de vestimentas, y con ello encontrar el tipo que vaya más de acorde a tu estilo.

En mi caso, soy una persona que prefiere los shorts sobre los jeans. Así que usé eso como método para seleccionar algunos estilos que me gustarían intentar este verano. Pero también caí en la cuenta de que necesito un par de prendas y zapatos que no cuento, por lo que tendré que juntar para comprarlos. Además que deseo lacear mi cabello y teñirlo, pero aún no me decido por ciertos riesgos que esto podría traer para mí en el futuro.

En fin, esta entrada es un poco corta pero es que la escribo después de llegar de mi examen de Cálculo 2, y ando agotada porque no he dormido mucho en la semana. Les dejo algunas fotitos que me parecieron demasiado geniales.

Justo antes de que empezaran mis clases, decidimos grabar con mi amiga un vlog para nuestro canal bien rápido. Creo que todo fue obra de pura improvisación jaja. Pero bueno, al final algo salió. En él basicamente hablamos de las últimas noticias concernientes a Super Junior y SHINee, entre ellas los Gayo Dejun, el concierto en Athena, el DVD del SHINee World Concert, el Super Show 4 que se llevará a cabo en el Tokyo Dome, el photoshoot que hizo Hangeng en Milán, Italia y los Golden Disk Awards. Está bien compacto porque como es bastante para hablar, intentamos solo mencionar lo escencial. También añadimos un mini-review del single Hello de SHINee y del Repackaged Album del Mr. Simple "A-cha". Si gustan verlo se los comparto allá abajo :)

También hicimos un random vlog sobre nuestra visita al restaurante coreano No Da Ji, del que les hablé hace unas semanas. Este vlog iba a ser subido antes de publicar la entrada, pero como editar y subir un video toma una vida, demoró más de lo previsto, pero bueno. En él pueden ver nuestras expresiones al probar por primera vez comida coreana. Probamos la sopa ramen, el kimbab, el kimchi y el mandu frito. Nótese que nosotras no estamos acostumbradas a este tipo de comida, por lo que se nos hizo un poco rara... ya cuanda seamos más expertas podremos hacer una reseña más decente.

Y bueno, básicamente solo quería compartir estos dos vlogs, no he tenido nada de tiempo para hacer mucho en esta semana por mis clases. Llevar dos cursos fuertes en verano fue una mala elección... pero solo me queda pasarlos porque la bica cuesta más... En fin, espero poder actualizar pronto. Nos vemos :)

Finally vacations~! Yay! Me siento muuuy feliz de que ya mis finales hayan terminado y pues solo me queda disfrutar MES Y MEDIO DE FULL VAGANCIA <3 Bueno en realidad no vagaré , vagaré, puesto que tengo mis clases de inglés y coreano <3 Pero, aún así no se compara a llevar los cursos de la uni…. SOY MUY FELIZ <3 Y seré más feliz si apruebo todo XD ~ y su consigo un buen ranking para conseguir un buen horario de matricula… anyway, ahorita solo me importa disfrutar y disfrutar, ya el 15 me estresaré (?)

El viernes pasado, después del final más difícil de todos: IC, con mis amigas teníamos planeado, primero que nada comer un menú de la cafetería, pero no cualquier menú, era EL SEÑOR MENÚ, puesto que estaba conformado de entrada, plato principal, postre, refresco y pan. Al final de meternos todo XD porque valía caro, así que debíamos terminarlo sí o sí, intentamos ir a disfrutar un poco, pero terminamos tiradas las 4 en el pasto. Nos dolía el estómago y nos pesaba el cuerpo luego de tremendo almuerzo, además que casi todas no habíamos dormido bien en la semana por los exámenes y tal, por lo que al final, lo que se suponía que sería nuestra SALIDA, termino siendo como una hora de sueño, respirando el aire frío de la Pucp lol

En lo hablábamos, me llamó Evelyn (a.k.a Kimiko Haru) y me dijo que ya había llegado a Arenales (centro comercial en donde venden infinidad de cosas asiáticas <3) Se suponía que me debía encontrar con ella a eso de las 3 y ella había llego ahí a eso de 2 y media lol. Bueno, como no estábamos haciendo mucha cosa, me despedí de mis amigas de la u y partí rumbo a Arenas <3 Luego de buscar un mancha lolitosa, encontré a Eve xD Estuvimos hablando, ocioseando, comprando, chillando y tal y se nos fue la hora. Ya de regreso me pasó todo el material que necesitaba, eso es algo que debo decirles, tengo MUCHO QUE SUBIR A YOUTUBE. Y yt no me está ayudando TT TT Anyway, intentaré subir todo lo más pronto posible, mi Harry (mi laptop) está trabajando tanto como puede u.u

Esperen los v-blogs de nuestra salida random de hace unas semanas, de la segunda convocatoria de SMTown in Peru y MUCHOS MÁS. Hay demasiado material haha y soy la única que puede subirlo, puesto que Eve no tiene internet u.u Bueno, les dejo el mini vlog que grabé sobre mi último día como cachimba, no es la gran cosa en realidad, pero bueno. Bueno, como se habrán dado cuenta, el blog tiene una nueva skin, aún estoy puliendo los últimos detalles, por ejemplo, cambiarles los headers de los navigations, colores, falta también cambiar mi botoncito y más... yo espero en los próximos días tenerlo ya listo. Lo malo es que la he estado editando en Chrome y se veia bien bonita, pero en Firefox se ve muy clara y casi no veo los navigations y tal D:! También debo modificar la intensidad de los colores un poquitín. Bueno, espero sus comentarios y apreciaciones sobre ella :3

Mañana, o a más tardar para el viernes, les prometo subir la entrada sobre lo que fue el evento de hoy, lo que pasa es que lo subiría hoy, pero como hace una semana formatearon mi máquina, tengo que bajar e instalar todos los programas de nuevo, y entre ellos el software de la cámara y el photoshop u_u y como quiero compartir con ustedes la mayor cantidad de fotitos y videos posible, me demorare un poco. Pero no se preocupen, intentaré hacer una entrada decente jaja.

Ya para terminar, les adjunto una foto de Kyuhyun, una de las últimas que pude guardar antes de que mi laptop muriese. Sí, Kyuhyun tiene la culpa de que haya tenido que gastar 50 soles en mi laptop, que la formatease y de que ahora tenga que comerzar de cero por tercera vez. Por siacaso, no naveguen o al menos no bajen fotos de 2kyuhyun.com, yo toda tranquila intentando bajarme algun wallpaper decente de él y terminé llenándome de troyanos que jodieron mi disco duro u_u solo les dejo la advertencia. Al menos yo ya no vuelvo a entrar, y tendré más cuidado al momento de bajar imagenes en páginas cuyo idioma no conozco xD
